Hello and welcome to SuAmi.
SuAmi Miniatures:
- The items are intended for adult collectors, they are unique design, perfect for any DOLLHOUSE or MINIATURE COLLECTION!
- Custom or wholesales orders are welcome.

Returns and exchanges:
- SuAmi do offer a refund or exchange if you are not happy with your items. Just notify us within one week after receiving the items.
- The item you have purchased and may return it for a full refund. Return shipping is at your expense. Insurance and delivery confirmation to the returned item, as payment will only be refunded upon the actual receipt of the returned item.
Payment Policy:
- Su Ami accepts US dollars only. If you wish to pay in Euros or as a regular bank transfer, contact us before purchase for more information.
Shipping:
We will do our best to complete and ship your package as soon as possible, please be patient for international post delivery, your items will need to take a while to arrive to your location. Estimation of the time frames (working days apply) packages to arrive to your country:
Asia countries: From 5 days to 2 weeks
USA & Canada: From 12 days to 4 weeks
Others: From 2 weeks to 4 weeks

Processing time to post your package after ordered and your payment is confirmed :
- Made to Order items will be shipped within 3-5 working days (Vietnam local time, excepts Saturday, Sunday and holidays )
- Wholesale, Custom or large orders will be notified to your email individually.
- Your items will be shipped to your registered address on our website, unless otherwise address specified.
- Items are shipped out via standard registered mail with delivery confirmation or express mail option available at the check out. If you would like your items to be shipped via other shipping options, please contact SuAmi in advance for the extra fees if any.
- All orders will be notified to your registered contact email the tracking number as soon as your packages shipped out.
In order to track & confirm delivery it may take effects only at least 7-10 days after the shipment day. Some countries may not be tracking via local post service websites (US, UK, Canada...), therefore you may need to contact your local posts for information of your package and delivery status, please consider your shipping option which is most suitable with your needs before purchasing.
- All duty and custom taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
*Packing:
- Packing is described on each listing, please email us if any not clearly specified or you would like a special packing.
*Mailing Direct/Gift:
If you would like your order mailed directly to a gift recipient, please contact me with the detailed information or in the notes to seller upon check out. Su Ami will include a card and/or message to the receiver to let them know whom the item is from and any special message you would like to include.
Privacy Policy
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
